A company has changed so much internally, has re-energized and re-positioned itself for the future, and must now reveal its brand spanking new self to the world - this, quite simply, is the sort of scenario that marketing, communications and design people dream of.

Communications and marketing professionals salivate at the challenge of harnessing all that fresh material, distilling a company's new identity to the core elements, and finding a way to communicate that in clear, concise and powerful terms. That is exactly what the Tembec team has done. Check out the new branding of Kallima's parent company and let us know what you think of our refreshed look.

Tembec is reshaping itself to be a truly distinctive forest products company, and our new symbol helps us look the part.
Our symbol depicts wood fiber – the basis for all our products. It is both modern and reminiscent of a traditional wood block print. The square shape also has useful applications in social media.

Tembec people are friendly, direct and approachable – so our logo uses a simple and strong lower-case font with easy-going rounded edges.
For continuity, we retain our longstanding blue

This tells the world what Tembec stands for, and where we’re headed:
Rooted says we are stable, trustworthy and true to our values.
Tomorrow says we are forward thinking, which makes us optimistic and confident.
