At the Tembec Paperboard Group, we understand the importance of paper trials to ensure the exact fit to your business needs. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
To facilitate our trial process, we have implemented a simple policy for all of our trials.

Our policy is as follows:
- All customer trials must be approved by Tembec Paperboard Group management.
- Customers must provide Tembec with a copy of their purchase order. Fax purchase order to 514-871-9125.
- All customer trials will be invoiced at 100% of the agreed upon sale price.
- Once the trial is complete, printed samples are to be sent to the following address with the completed trial form and a copy of the trial invoice:

5. Upon receipt of the trial form, printed samples and copy of the trial invoice, the original trial invoice will be cancelled.
